Who can participate?
If you are an amateur photographer in the graduating Class of 2012 or 2013 in a Genesee County school (public or private), you are able to enter for FREE! Some of these high schools include Davison, Fenton, Flushing, Goodrich, Grand Blanc, Lake Fenton, Linden, Swartz Creek and Powers Catholic.
What’s there to submit and to whom?
Submit a self-portrait (with yourself in it, of course!) to the Jeffrey W. Burger Photography Facebook page. The picture has to be you, yourself, and only yourself. There can be no other persons in the picture besides yourself, but your picture should be unique, creative, and, most of all, it should be you! Have fun, and express yourself! Anything goes (as long as it is legal and in good taste!) and we are open to new ideas.
When are submissions accepted and photos selected?
You can submit your self-portraits after 12:01 a.m. Sunday, January 1, 2012 until the deadline at midnight on Wednesday, February 29, 2012. Voting on Facebook will start on Thursday, March 1, 2012 until Saturday, March 31, 2012. The winner of the 2012 or 2013 Senior Self-Portrait Contest will be announced at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 2, 2012. The 2012 or 2013 Senior Self-Portrait photo with the most Facebook “Like” clicks wins!

1st Place
An It’s A Senior Thing… and, We Know It! Photoshoot that includes a hair stylist and make-up artist before your 3-hour on-location photoshoot session with unlimited clothing changes. Also, you will receive a $250 print credit towards your print order, an 8×8 custom-made photo album, a proof portfolio of your photoshoot images, and, 5 web-size and watermarked images for your Facebook and/or My Space.
2nd Place

Submission Details
Upload your Class of 2012 or 2013 Senior Self-Portraits via the Jeffrey W Burger Photography Facebook page. And, send us a https://www.facebook.com/messages/ with your name, email address and a web link to the Facebook photo you posted in the competition.
